Aspiring to be a local Ninja Warrior? Getting ready for your next Tough Mudder race? Our obstacle course training classes will physically and mentally prepare you for the rigors of obstacle races, from firmly hanging on those ring sliders to conquering that daunting warped wall.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING CLASSES

We offer Functional Training which enhances strength, endurance, and flexibility. Each training pattern involving functionality movements is specifically geared at improving the fitness condition of individuals that are starting from a ground zero physical activities.

Functional training offers a level of performance progressions which will accommodate beginners, intermediate, and practitioners with advance level of fitness strength. This will enable a potential fitness enthusiast to go through the process of health development, whether for personal goal setting or an eventual preparation to engaging at the Pretty Huge facility!

DANCE FITNESS

Dance Fitness is a fitness class that combines dance and fitness moves. Inspired by Latin dance and music, Zumba uses a variety of styles in its routines, including Cumbia, Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton, Mambo, Rumba, Flamenco, and a Hip Hop. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body.

Zumba routines incorporate interval training - alternating fast and slow rhythms - and resistance training. If you enjoy Zumba, you're also more likely to do it regularly and experience its benefits as an aerobic exercise.

YOGA

BREATHE AND FLOW 1

Ideal for beginners, seniors, recovering from injuries, expecting moms and those working on their flexibility to compliment with their muscle building workouts. It will be a gentle flow of basic yoga postures utilizing blocks, straps, chair and other supportive props to guide each students through each pose safely and easily. The emphasis will be on breathing techniques and alignment allowing each student to feel the effects of each pose.

CIRCUIT

Circuit training is a form of exercise regimen which can cove the four fitness components - Strength, Flexibility, Endurance and Body fat percentage. Preferred training pattern of not only by advanced fitness enthusiasts, but as well as being used and modified by Coaches to effectively address the time management factor which most corporate executives have to put up in managing their fitness program, while aiming to efficiently fit in their work schedule.

Circuit workout is a high intense holistic training activity, since both muscular and cardiovascular fatigue point is normally achieved under a 60 minute time period. This entails the development of physical fitness threshold as it promotes a targeted minimal rest intervals in its completions of assigned series of exercise movements.
